We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. Non-Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for choosing our digital products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

  1. No Refunds for Accessed Products
    Once a client has successfully gained access to our digital products, including courses, no refunds will be issued. Access to the digital material is considered full delivery of our service.

  2. Refunds for Technical Issues
    Refunds are only provided if a verified technical problem prevents the client from accessing the purchased digital product. Clients must contact our support team within 5 days of purchase to report the issue.
    To process a refund request for technical issues, clients must provide:

    1. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).

    2. Details of the technical issue, including screenshots if applicable.

  3. Our team will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

  4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
    We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with course content, or failure to complete the digital course.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
